Refund & Replacement Policy

K.A.D.E. Foundation

Thank you for supporting the K.A.D.E. Foundation. Your generosity helps us provide resources, advocacy, and support for domestic violence survivors and their children.

Donations

All donations made to the K.A.D.E. Foundation are considered charitable contributions and are non-refundable. Because donations are immediately used to support our mission and programs, we are unable to offer refunds once a donation has been processed.

Appreciation Gifts

From time to time, the K.A.D.E. Foundation may provide a complimentary gift as a token of appreciation for a donation. These items are provided as gifts and are not purchased products.

Because these items are given as a thank-you for your support:

• Gifts may not be returned for a refund or exchange.

• Donations remain non-refundable regardless of the gift received.

• Gifts have no cash value and are not considered part of the donation transaction.

Defective or Damaged Gifts

If you receive a gift that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement item.

To request assistance, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your gift and include:

• Your name

• Donation date (if available)

• A description of the issue

• Photos of the damaged or defective item, if applicable

We value every donor and want your experience with the K.A.D.E. Foundation to be a positive one. If you experience any issue with a gift you receive, please contact us and we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter promptly.
