Guardian Circle Monthly Giving Program Policy

Subscription Donations

The Guardian Circle is a voluntary monthly giving program offered by the K.A.D.E. Foundation. By enrolling, you authorize the K.A.D.E. Foundation to charge your selected payment method each month for the donation amount you choose at the time of enrollment.

Monthly Billing

  • Donations are automatically charged on a recurring monthly basis.

  • The amount charged will be the amount selected by the donor during enrollment.

  • Monthly donations continue until canceled by the donor.

  • Donors may increase, decrease, or modify their monthly contribution at any time, subject to platform capabilities.

Cancellation Policy

  • Membership in the Guardian Circle may be canceled at any time.

  • There are no cancellation fees or penalties.

  • To avoid future charges, cancellations should be submitted before the next scheduled billing date.

  • Once a monthly donation has been processed, that donation is considered final and non-refundable.

Donation Refund Policy

As a charitable organization, the K.A.D.E. Foundation treats all Guardian Circle contributions as charitable donations. Donations are used to support programs, services, advocacy efforts, emergency assistance, and housing initiatives for domestic violence survivors and their children.

For this reason:

  • Monthly donations are non-refundable once processed.

  • Canceling a subscription will prevent future charges but will not refund previous donations.

  • Donors who believe a charge was made in error should contact us immediately so we can review the matter.

Appreciation Gifts

From time to time, Guardian Circle members may receive complimentary gifts or recognition items as a token of appreciation. These items are provided as gifts and are not purchased products.

  • Gifts are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

  • Defective or damaged gifts may be replaced at the discretion of the K.A.D.E. Foundation.

  • Donations remain non-refundable regardless of any gift received.
