K.A.D.E. Foundation

Thank you for supporting the K.A.D.E. Foundation. We are grateful for your generosity and commitment to helping domestic violence survivors and their children.
Shipping Areas
The K.A.D.E. Foundation currently ships complimentary appreciation gifts and promotional items to addresses within the Continental United States (48 contiguous states).
At this time, we do not routinely ship to:

Alaska

Hawaii

U.S. Territories

International destinations
Shipping Information
We offer flat-rate shipping of just $6 anywhere in the United States, regardless of how many products you purchase. Add as many eligible items to your order as you'd like—your shipping cost will not increase.
Your shipping fee helps cover postage and packaging supplies. In many cases, actual shipping costs exceed $6, and we gladly cover the difference.
Please Note: Shipping charges apply only to items being physically shipped to you. Donated bears and other donated items that are sent directly to recipients do not incur shipping charges to the donor.
Processing & Delivery Times
Most items are processed and shipped within a reasonable timeframe after a qualifying donation is received.

The K.A.D.E. Foundation is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an item has been transferred to the carrier.
Guardian Circle Monthly Giving Program
The Guardian Circle Monthly Giving Program is a recurring donation subscription program.
No physical items are shipped as part of Guardian Circle membership unless specifically stated as part of a special promotion or membership benefit.
Enrollment in the Guardian Circle does not include monthly shipments, products, or merchandise.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of donation.
The K.A.D.E. Foundation is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the donor.
Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged item or believe an item is missing, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work promptly to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, including replacement of defective appreciation gifts when applicable.
