About K.A.D.E. Foundation

K.A.D.E. Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting domestic violence survivors and their children through advocacy, emergency assistance, housing initiatives, educational programs, and related services.

Our website is powered by Shopify and may include donation opportunities, recurring giving programs, informational resources, event registrations, and appreciation gifts.

Donations

All donations made through this website are voluntary charitable contributions.

By making a donation, you represent that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided.

  • The information submitted is accurate and complete.

  • You understand that donations are generally non-refundable once processed.

Guardian Circle Monthly Giving Program

The Guardian Circle is a voluntary recurring donation subscription program.

By enrolling, you authorize the K.A.D.E. Foundation and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method each month in the amount you choose.

  • Donations will recur monthly until canceled.

  • You may cancel your participation at any time.

  • Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund previously processed donations.

  • Monthly contributions are considered charitable donations and are generally non-refundable.

Appreciation Gifts

The K.A.D.E. Foundation may provide complimentary appreciation gifts in recognition of charitable support.

These items:

  • Are gifts and not purchased products.

  • Have no cash value.

  • Do not affect the charitable nature of a donation.

  • May be replaced if received damaged or defective.

  • Do not qualify donations for refunds.

Shipping

We offer flat-rate shipping of just $6 anywhere in the United States, regardless of how many products you purchase. Add as many eligible items to your order as you'd like—your shipping cost will not increase.

Your shipping fee helps cover postage and packaging supplies. In many cases, actual shipping costs exceed $6, and we gladly cover the difference.

Please Note: Shipping charges apply only to items being physically shipped to you. Donated bears and other donated items that are sent directly to recipients do not incur shipping charges to the donor.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, documents, images, videos, and designs, is the property of the K.A.D.E. Foundation unless otherwise indicated.
